Make your choice and you exchange four Spirit Orbs for it. The Goddess’ spirit will ask Link whether he wants a heart container or more stamina. Once you find a Goddess Statue, Link can go up to it and Pray onto the Goddess. There are a few Goddess Statues around Hyrule and they allow Link to trade in his Spirit Orbs. Players can trade their Spirit Orbs to Goddess Statues. Once you have four, you can trade them in for either a heart container or an increase to your stamina wheel. When you complete a Shrine puzzle you’ll be gifted a Spirit Orb. In these puzzles, there are chests filled with rare material, weapons and equipment. Shrines are scattered throughout Hyrule, Entering one not only gives you a new fast travel point, but a puzzle to solve. But with only four dungeons to gain hearts from, the more efficient way to receive hearts and stamina is by completing Shrine puzzles. Once they are defeated, you’ll be gifted a heart container.
